The program contains individual consultation, answering your questions, a personal nutrition plan, intermediate result screening, and plan optimisation.

Before the initial consultation, you will need to answer a short questionnaire on your lifestyle and nutrition habits and keep a 5-day food diary with honest records of what you eat, how much you eat, and when you eat.

Some customers need additional nutritional lab tests to develop a healthy and safe nutrition plan. 

 

The healthy diet plan complies with the WHO recommendations. It is safe and does not suggest extreme weight loss. It corrects the intake of such “innocent” still hazardous foods as salt, sodium, potassium, and sugar and rebalanced fats, carbohydrates, and protein. The plan suggests fruits and vegetables are the main sources of vitamins and minerals.

Four weeks after the start, the intermediate results are screened. A check of your progress, your current condition, and your attitude will take place. The consultation is intended to check that you make everything right and to make necessary adjustments to improve the results. You will also get further recommendations on how to sustain the achievements.
